lisacropped Lisa Romback is the Executive Director for NAMI New Orleans.  She has a Master’s Degree in Sociology from the University of New Orleans, with undergraduate degrees in psychology and  sociology from Louisiana State University.  Lisa’s career with NAMI New Orleans began in 1992.  She became the Executive Director in 2010.  Lisa oversees the daily administrative and fiscal  operations of the agency.  She is also the direct supervisor for the members the management team of NAMI New Orleans.  The management team is responsible for supervising all programs and  services for the agency, which currently has 60 full and part-time employees.
angiecropped Angie Bellanger is the Housing Coordinator for NAMI New Orleans.  She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Child, Family, and Social Services from Nicholls State University.  Angie oversees the Permanent Supportive Housing and Finally Home Programs, and she has been with NAMI New Orleans since September 1996.
nathanbossick  Nathaniel Bossick is the Program Manager of NAMI New Orleans’ Womanspace Program. He has a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Tulane University and is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW). Nathaniel has been with NAMI New Orleans since 2012. Nathaniel oversees the Womanspace Safe Haven program and the Permanent Housing & Independent Living Program.
Gladys Campbell is NAMI New Orleans’ Mental Healthcare Navigation Team (MHNT) Coordinator and Volunteer Coordinator. She received her Master’s in Social Work from Southern University at New Orleans. Gladys oversees volunteers who assist with the MHNT, health fairs, office support, etc.
susancropped Susan Cart is the Director of NAMI New Orleans Westbank.  She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Science from Our Lady of Holy Cross College.  Susan has been with NAMI New Orleans since 1997.  She oversees the Westbank Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) program and is manager of FAHI II housing program.
allycropped  Ally Dever is the Consumer Services Director for NAMI New Orleans.  She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Political Science from the University of Illinois.  Ally has been with the agency since 1995.  She oversees the Intensive Case Management and Representative Payee programs.
trishcropped  Patricia Hattier is the Clinical Manager for the NAMI New Orleans Westbank Friendship Club.  She has a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Florida State University and has been working with NAMI New Orleans since 2008.
  Joshua Maas is the Human Resources Director for NAMI New Orleans. He has a Juris Doctorate (JD) from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois (2015) and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from Loyola University New Orleans (2017).  Josh has been with NAMI New Orleans since 2015.  As Human Resources Director, Josh is responsible for taking care of NAMI New Orleans’ most valuable asset, its people.
gloria_cropped Gloria Monroe is a Lead Case Manager for NAMI New Orleans.  She has an Associate’s Degree from Delgado in General Studies and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from Southern University.  Gloria has been with NAMI New Orleans since 1999.  Gloria oversees the Jefferson Parish Case Management Program.
Heather Nelson is the Development Director for NAMI New Orleans. A New Orleans native, Heather is a graduate of Tulane University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Art History. She is excited to bring her many years of development experience to this role as she manages all fundraising strategies and efforts, including NAMIWalks.

Shannon Williams is the Education Coordinator for NAMI New Orleans. She has a Master’s Degree in Public Health with a Health Education and Communication focus from Tulane University. Shannon oversees all of the agency’s volunteer-run support, education, and community outreach programs. She creates and maintains community partnerships and represents the organization on regional councils and committees. She is passionate about combatting mental health stigma as well as addressing barriers that prevent people from seeking help or accessing services.
