lisacropped                                                                                                                                                         Lisa Romback is the Executive Director for NAMI New Orleans.  She has a master’s degree in sociology from the University of New Orleans, with undergraduate degrees in psychology and  sociology from Louisiana State University.  Lisa’s career with NAMI New Orleans began in 1992.  She became the Executive Director in 2010.  Lisa oversees the daily administrative and fiscal  operations of the agency.  She is also the direct supervisor for the members the management team of NAMI New Orleans.  The management team is responsible for supervising all programs and  services for the agency, which currently has 70 full and part-time employees.



Angie Bellanger is the Housing Coordinator for NAMI New Orleans.  She has a Bachelor’s degree in Child, Family, and Social Services from Nicholls State University.  Angie oversees the Permanent Supportive Housing and Finally Home Programs, and she has been with NAMI New Orleans since September 1996.



 Ann Bettencourt has been a mental health specialist with NAMI New Orleans since 1990.  Anne provides nutritional education, skills training, and oversight for the program’s culinary training program at the Uptown Friendship Club.  Anne brings many years of experience to NAMI New Orleans.



 Nathaniel Bossick is the Program Manager of NAMI New Orleans’ Womanspace Program. He has a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Tulane University and is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW). Nathaniel has been with NAMI New Orleans since 2012. Nathaniel oversees the Womanspace Safe Haven program and the Permanent Housing & Independent Living Program.



Susan Cart is the Director of NAMI New Orleans Westbank.  She has a bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science from Our Lady of Holy Cross College.  Susan has been with NAMI New Orleans since 1997.  She oversees the Westbank day treatment program, the Westbank Drop-In Center, and  is manager of FAHI II housing program.



 Ally Dever is the Consumer Services Director for NAMI New Orleans.  She has a B.S. in Psychology and Political Science from the University of Illinois.  Ally has been with the agency since 1995.  She oversees the Intensive Case Management, Representative Payee, and NAMIWalks programs.



 Amanda Deogracias is the bookkeeper for NAMI New Orleans.  She has 15 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping.  She has been with NAMI New Orleans since May of 2010.  Amanda is responsible for producing monthly financial statements, contract billing, and assisting the executive director with the development and implementation of the agency’s annual budget.



 Meghan Goldbeck is the Development Director for NAMI New Orleans.  Meghan joined the team in April 2015 and coordinates NAMI New Orleans’ annual NAMIWalks and fund development initiatives for the agency.  Meghan received her Bachelor’s Degree from Southern Illinois University – Carbondale, where she studied marketing, management, and English literature. Meghan has worked in non-profit fund development since 2011 and she is extremely passionate about serving as an advocate for people with mental illness and their loved ones.



 Patricia Hattier is the Clinical Manager for the NAMI New Orleans Westbank Friendship Club.  She has a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Florida State University and has been working with NAMI New Orleans since 2008.



 Deanna Lainez is the Clubhouse Director for the Uptown Friendship Club at NAMI New Orleans. She has a Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling from Louisiana State University. Deanna has been with NAMI New Orleans since 1993.  Deanna oversees the Uptown Friendship Club and Canton House.



Gloria Monroe is a Lead Case Manager for NAMI New Orleans.  She has an Associate’s Degree from Delgado in General Studies and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from Southern University.  Gloria has been with NAMI New Orleans since 1999.  Gloria oversees the Jefferson Parish Case Management Program.



 Grace Thompson is the secretary for NAMI New Orleans.  She has the longest standing tenure with the organization, joining the NAMI New Orleans team in 1991.  Grace is dedicated to the mission of the organization by providing administrative support services, scheduling appointments for clients and families, and happily helping all departments within the agency in whatever capacity she can.



Shannon Williams is the Education Coordinator for NAMI New Orleans. She has a master’s degree in public health with a health education and communication focus from Tulane University. Shannon oversees all of the agency’s volunteer-run support, education, and community outreach programs. She creates and maintains community partnerships and represents the organization on regional councils and committees. She is passionate about combatting mental health stigma as well as addressing barriers that prevent people from seeking help or accessing services.
